#489- Swirling Leaves with Three Hummers - Wall Hanging

This piece is part of the Wall Tile Collection and is ready to hang. It is based on a series selected for a permanent installation at a large medical facility in Southern California.

ABOUT: This large handmade tile was made in the shape of a sycamore leaf. It was etched with botanical imagery of leaves and branches, and three hummingbirds. After etching it was bisque fired and then clear glazed for the final firing.

It is backed by a block of wood allowing it to sit slightly above the wall. It is ready to hang.
