ABOUT THE POTTERY

1. Are pieces safe for food?

Yes, all functional pieces are food-safe. I use commercially prepared,  non-toxic underglazes and glazes in my work. 

2. Are mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, mugs are safe for the microwave and dishwasher. They are meant to be used, and it's my hope that your new mug will become one of your favs and you'll be reaching for it every morning.

3. What about care for large platters and bowls?
The larger pieces with surface design are also food-safe, but would best be hand-washed to prolong their life.

 

RECEIVING YOUR POTTERY

1. How will my piece arrive?
Your piece will be shipped to you via USPS, standard or priority shipping. It will be carefully packed so that it will arrive to you safely.

2. I'm local. Can I pick up?

Yes, I provide curb-side pick-up as well as local delivery in Cambria, CA. When your order is ready, I'll get in touch with you about pick-up times and options. 

3. When should I expect my new pottery?

On items currently available, I usually ship within three days of order and will send you tracking information.

On special orders, please allow 8 weeks for your piece to be made and additional time for shipment.

4. Do you ship overseas?
I ship to U.S. addresses only, unless special arrangement is made.

5. Will you gift-wrap and send to my recipient?
If you've purchased a piece as a gift, I'm happy to gift-box, gift-wrap and send it to the recipient, along with a little card and your wishes. 
Please email and tell me how you'd like the card to read. ​I will send you an email confirming the information.

6. What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

I hope you love your new piece and will want to keep it forever! However, if you are not satisfied, please notify me within 5 days of receiving the order. I will be happy to refund or credit. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your piece arrived damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can report it to USPS.

WORKSHOPS

At this time, there are no workshops scheduled. Due to a very busy studio practice, I am not doing private teaching sessions or studio tours.
