The whales and ocean pattern are etched in black/white, while the rest of the mug has a deep teal blue glaze.

After the donation is made, I'll provide you with the confirmation. I'll also ship the piece to you (or a loved one) at no charge (U.S. only).

HOW IT WAS MADE

• Formed on the wheel from stoneware clay
• Design etched through black underglaze and bisque-fired to approx 1945 degrees/F
• Piece then covered with a clear glaze (over the etched image) and color glaze on the rest before being final fired to approx. 2200 degrees/F
